Evelyn, a board member at an elite New York university, received a DNA report and found out she's the long-lost daughter of the wealthy Lockwood family, missing for forty-five years. She introduces herself to her real family along with her billionaire husband and genius son, but fake heiress Corinne keeps framing her—framing her for theft, sabotaging her reputation with drugs, and more. Evelyn's biological mother, Audrey, often sides with Corinne to protect the family's reputation, hurting Evelyn over and over. At Mrs. Archer's birthday party, Evelyn finally lays out all the evidence, fully exposing Corinne's baby switch schemes, cuts ties with the Lockwood family, and reveals her true identity as the mistress of the Archer family, achieving a glamorous comeback.
