Xu Wei, a scientific genius, gave up his career to become a househusband for his wife Liu Yuan, and even gave her 99 "Reconciliation Vouchers" as a promise of unlimited tolerance. However, Liu Yuan rekindled her old romance with her first love Qu Xiao. She repeatedly humiliated Xu Wei in public—she even forced the sick Xu Wei to drink on Qu Xiao's behalf and made him fix Qu Xiao's glasses in the pouring rain. Finally, Xu Wei could no longer bear it and filed for divorce. But the Liu family, in collusion with Qu Xiao, falsely accused him of infidelity and transferring assets. They even tore up his luggage in public to force him out of the house with nothing. At this critical moment, Xu Wei was rescued by his junior sister Su Wan. Later, he returned to the scientific research field and took office as the chairman of Lingdong Group, eventually getting his revenge on all those who had wronged him.
