Enraged, Kane strikes at the Voss family for revenge, unearthing a plot by cross-border crime syndicate Cartel. With his daughter abducted and poisoned, Kane comes out of hiding, teaming up with his former protégé, four-star General Blair, to raid the border stronghold, vowing to rescue Lia and wipe out the evil.
