The underground realm of Newport is divided and governed by four powerful clans. Vincent Valentti, the Don of the Valentti family, flees the country amid overseas threats. He tracks down his long-lost identical twin brother Leo and convinces him to impersonate himself.Leo lives an anonymous ordinary life as a supermarket cashier. Betrayed by his girlfriend, he falls into darkness and steps into the brutal mafia game. As the stand-in Don, he schemes and advances steadily amid treacherous gang conflicts. He forges an alliance with Elena, the ruthless female boss of the Costa family, ultimately ushering in the era of the Twin Godfathers.
