Michael Romano is framed for poisoning his grandfather and spends five years in prison. Upon release, he finds the family seized by Carlo, their adopted son. Betrayed and pressured by his mother, sister and fiancée, he leverages the underground power he built behind bars to team up with Sofia, heir of the Bianchi family. Step by step, he reclaims his title as Don, eliminates all traitors, and unites the two mighty mafia empires.
