After the Ashwood Pack’s sudden collapse, Vivian suffers three years of cruel abuse framed by her jealous best friend Lily. Her husband and uncle fake their deaths and torment Vivian to avenge Lily. Crushed and hopeless, Vivian drinks wolfsbane to end her pain, yet Lily tricks the family into cutting out Vivian’s heart under a fake rescue ritual. Young Jasper witnesses all his mother’s agony. Grief-driven and determined, he gathers hidden evidence, exposes Lily’s wicked schemes at a grand banquet and avenges his mother at last.
