Leo, a Wall Street financial elite, travels back to the medieval age of cold weapons and becomes a border lord. He builds an industrial empire with modern scientific knowledge, but refuses to pay royal taxes, drawing Queen Isabella to visit incognito. When the unrestrained industrial genius meets the reserved yet warm-hearted queen, an era-spanning industrial revolution and romantic love unfolds.
