Five years ago, Si Nian fled her wedding, fell into the sea and lost her memory. Rescued by Chu Nian, they fell in love. Five years later, Fu Yanshen found her, got her hired as a designer under a false identity to keep tabs on her. He also tricked her into misunderstanding Chu Nian and framed him for taking out a loan shark. To pay off the debt, Chu Nian sold Si Nian. Fu Yanshen saved her, and the two began a relationship. When Si Nian regained her memory, she tried to escape but failed. She threatened to take her own life to leave. Later, learning about Fu Yanshen’s tragic past and deep love, she chose to stay, and they finally reconciled.
