To help her devastated boyfriend Adrian rebuild his empire, Iris donates her heart to a tycoon for a 5-billion investment and survives on an artificial heart. To spare Adrian guilt, she pretends to be a gold digger and leaves him. She secretly gives birth to their daughter and scrapes by working as a hotel cleaner.Eight years later, Adrian becomes the richest man again. Iris suffers severe heart rejection with only three months left to live, and their daughter falls critically ill needing costly surgery. The pair cross paths by chance. Still bitter over her abandonment, Adrian torments her relentlessly. His cousin Ryan stumbles on the truth and looks after Iris, only to be framed for an affair with her by Adrian’s fiancée Karen.
