The Tender Showdown
Four years after the Jianzhou Tunnel collapse, a contractor livestreams his suicide and blows the whistle under his real name on corruption in public bidding. The disciplinary inspection commission sets up a special task force headed by Ren Gengqing. His target is his former classmate Du Qingbo, allegedly involved in bid rigging and collusive bidding.
