Jiang He is consumed by guilt after her husband's death. Her best friend, Bai Lu, kindly sends her to her family's hospital for treatment, but a deadly conspiracy lurks beneath. The hospital turns out to be a disguised prison of desire. Bai Lu colludes with the hospital director, Shen Lang, to drug Jiang He into hallucinations, treating her like a commodity to be auctioned off and exploited by the powerful. She also secretly empties Jiang He's company. Jiang He discovers the truth amidst repeated humiliations and, together with her best friend Qingqing and an undercover police officer, attempts to gather evidence to fight back. However, Bai Lu's hatred stems from a past emotional entanglement, and she even orchestrated her husband's death. As the truth of the drugs, the auction, and the murder is gradually revealed, can Jiang He escape the web of lust and death woven by her best friend?
