After years abroad, Brendon returns home to find his wife Melanie pregnant and attempting suicide on the rooftop, with his mother Alice accused of driving her to it. To uncover who the father is, Brendon takes a paternity test—only to discover the baby is his own, yet all clues point to his paralyzed father Nathan. But when he confronts Nathan, he finds his father murdered—and the killer's name written in Nathan's dying breath is none other than his mother.
