Evelyn Foster was a housewife for over twenty years. She endured years of physical abuse, verbal insults from her husband, and misunderstanding from her son. One day, after being beaten and kicked out by her husband, she met Charlotte Kimball, a director who offered her a role in a show. To everyone’s surprise, Evelyn became an overnight sensation, and her life was completely transformed.
