Con artist Keith Hardy is hired to seduce heir Leo Rossmill, ruin his engagement, and strip his inheritance. But Keith falls for the innocent Leo. After Leo learns of his friend's death, his uncle's scheme, and Keith's deception, the pair turns against each other. At the succession ceremony, Mike unleashes chaos. Keith survives a shooting and faked death, tells the truth, and helps Leo expose the plot. They reconcile and choose love beyond deception and grief.
