S-class Alpha tycoon Xavier and Omega top actor Evan were childhood sweethearts, but a misunderstanding in their youth turned them into arch-enemies. At a business party, Evan was drugged and went into heat, and Xavier marked him on the spot, sparking a scandal. Following the clues, the two uncover a conspiracy involving gangs and Evan's uncle, facing kidnappings, online harassment crises, and battles for career and corporate power, eventually resolving their childhood issues. Despite opposition from family elders and dealing with a terminally ill relative, the two support each other through the stress, overcome a misdiagnosis mix-up, and eventually get married, with Evan winning an international Best Actor award, achieving a mutually committed HE ending.
